Meeting with Ambassadors of Iran and Poland

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ State Secretary D.Davaasuren received Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Mongolia Mohammed Keshavarz Zadeh on May 27 in connection with presenting his Letter of Credence.
State Secretary D.Davaasuren noted that friendly ties between Mongolia and Iran has been strengthening with increasing volume of bilateral trade turnover in recent years and expressed his interest to broaden bilateral cooperation in science, education, agriculture and environment.
Underlining that high-level reciprocal visits and bilateral talks have been contributing to strengthen mutual understanding between Mongolia and Iran, Ambassador Keshavarz Zadeh expressed the request to establish cooperation between the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the two countries.
The same day, the State Secretary also met with Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to Mongolia Kshyshtof Boiko regarding with presenting his credentials, congratulated him on being appointed as Ambassador of Poland to Mongolia, and wished success to his responsible work for expanding and developing bilateral ties and cooperation.
Ambassador K.Boiko expressed to work actively for making his contribution to the development of friendly ties between Mongolia and Poland, which will mark the 70th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations in 2020 and introduced visits and activities planned to be implemented in the near future.
