Finance Minister meets IMF representatives

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Minister of Finance Ch.Khurelbaatar
on January 28, met with officials headed by Mr. Geoff Gottlieb, head of
International Monetary Fund /IMF/ working group.
During the meeting, Minister Ch.Khurelbaatar informed about
positive changes in the country’s economy. He noted Mongolia’s economic growth
reached 7.1 percent in 2018, the government debt was reduced and that the credit
rating increased.
The two sides also talked over current economic conditions.
