Private children's hospital opens in Bayangol soum

Selenge /MONTSAME/ The first ever private hospital for children was opened in Bayangol soum of Selenge aimag. Besides rendering medical services to children aged 0-16 and make diagnosis and treatment, 'Namuulin" hospital also offers health care in treating diseases related to ear, nose and throat to rural people promptly to share workload of the soum hospital. Moreover, the hospital will conduct training and promotions to parents and trustee on medical knowledge.
Bayangol soum has a population of more than 5700 of which 30 percent or over 1500 are children aged 0-16. ‘Flu and respiratory disease increases in winter time and causes overload in the soum hospital. Therefore, we opened our hospital to share the workload and to give full medical services to children in the soum further,” said N.Narantuya, director of the hospital.
