Development works worth MNT 30 billion to be completed in Uvurkhangai aimag

Uvurkhangai /MONTSAME/ Financed by State and Local funds
and International programs, construction and development works worth over MNT
30 billion are being realized in Uvurkhangai aimag this year.
Governor of Uvurkhangai aimag G.Ganbold highlighted it as the
largest investment in the past years.
20 new buildings of school,
kindergarten and cultural center and 6.5 km long paved road are being
constructed. In addition, three new bridge are to put into operation.
Moreover, a wastewater treatment plant with capacity of 3000 cubic metres is under construction with the financing of Additional Financing for Southeast Gobi Urban and Border Town Development Project of the Asian Development Bank. The plant, designed for the usage of 50 thousand people will allow to develop ‘New Arvaikheer’ area. The construction works will be complete in November.
