Mongolian and Taiwan cardiologists sharing experience

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian and Taiwan cardiologists shared experience on cardiac diagnosis and treatment under the joint symposium which was held last week in Ulaanbaatar. The symposium was funded by the Mongolian Foundation for Science and Technology and Taiwan Ministry of Science and Technology.
The top cardiology team from Mackay Memorial Hospital headed by Dr.Ye Hongyi, Vice Dean of the hospital visited Mongolia and they exchanged views on cooperating further with doctors of State Second Central Hospital (SSCH) and private hospitals.
Taiwanese Representative Mr.Huang Guorong noted the symposium had importance to broaden collaboration between the hospitals and people of the two countries.
SSCH Director G.Bayasgalan underlined almost 500 Mongolian doctors and nurses have been trained in Taiwan’s medical institutes and they are contributing to development of cooperation in medical sector.
