Trade of 1.2 billion togrog made during “Green Days of Autumn”
Economy | AgricultureUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Being organized since 2006, this year’s “Green Days of Autumn” ran from September 26 to October 5 with a participation of 198 companies, co-operatives, groups of herders and 250 vegetable growers.
Foods and veggies of MNT 1.2 billion were traded during this fair, said R.Burmaa, the Minister of Food and Agriculture, at the cabinet meeting on Monday. Moreover, a central laboratory at the Special Inspection of Ulaanbaatar examined samples of the products and honey and provided 150 participant companies with advice on production quality, safety and labels, the Minister added.
