Foreign Minister of Mongolia Meets with Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain

Ulaanbaatar, February 17, 2025 /MONTSAME/. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia Battsetseg Batmunkh met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain Abdullatif bin Rashid Alzayani on February 14, 2025, on the sidelines of the 61st Munich Security Conference held on February 14-16, 2025, in Munich, the Federal Republic of Germany. 


At the meeting, Foreign Minister Battsetseg expressed gratitude for successfully organizing the visit by Prime Minister of Mongolia Oyun-Erdene Luvsannamsrai to the Kingdom of Bahrain in 2024. The two sides exchanged views on developing the relations between Mongolia and Bahrain in all sectors, expanding cooperation in trade, business, and mining sectors, and exploring the possibilities of conducting joint geological surveys. 


Furthermore, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain expressed support for Mongolia’s proposal to establish a cooperation mechanism to deepen collaboration and realize the agreements reached during high-level visits between the two countries.
