First Indian Mongolian Music Collaboration - "Duur" Song Releases

Ulaanbaatar, February 16, 2024 /MONTSAME/. Cultural Envoy of Mongolia, Tsuur Player, Epic Singer, and Throat Singer Baatarjav Erdenetsogt, and famous Indian Bollywood Singer Mohit Chauhan released the first-ever Indian Mongolian song “Duur” on February 10, 2024, the first day of Tsagaan Sar of 2024, the Year of Wooden Dragon.


The Duur's music video was shot in Central and North India. The song is about the protection of nature and the vivid bond between nature and humankind.


The Song Release Ceremony was attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Republic of India Ganbold Dambajav, Minister of Earth Sciences of India Kiren Rijiju, Minister of State for External Affairs and Culture of India Meenakshi Lekhi, and former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Mongolia Mohinder Pratap Singh.


The artists have now recorded three songs and plan to create six songs together.
