Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. The World Economic Forum, which has been held virtually for 2 years due to the pandemic, is being held in person in Davos, Switzerland on May 22-26.


Being organized under the theme ‘History at a Turning Point: Government Policies and Business Strategies’, the WEF is being attended by about 2,500 leaders and experts from all over the world, including 50 heads of state and government, more than 1,250 leaders from the private sector and nearly 100 global innovators and technology pioneers.


Minister of Foreign Affairs B.Battsetseg took part in the sessions “Rethinking and Revitalizing Travel and Tourism”, “Building Economies in Fragile Markets”, and “The Future of Democracy” on May 23. She also held a bilateral meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani and exchanged views on Mongolia-Qatar relations and cooperation.
