Ambassador to Sweden meets Asia-Pacific Department Director of Swedish Foreign Ministry

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Kingdom of Sweden T.Janabazar on September 23 held a meeting with Head of the Department for Asia and the Pacific Region of the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs Niclas Kvarnström.
At the meeting, Ambassador T.Janabazar talked about expanding relations and cooperation between the two countries through the shared values of democracy, human rights, freedom and gender equality, organizing high-level and working visits, holding a political consultation between the foreign ministries of the two countries, intensifying relations and cooperation between the trade organizations of the two countries, and establishing an agreement on social protection, which would be of great significance for Mongolian expats in Sweden.
Mr. Niclas Kvarnströmexpressed his willingness to strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation in all sectors, underscoringthat Sweden highly appreciates Mongolia’s active participation and contributions in promoting democracy,human rights, freedom and peace globally, and undertookto further cooperate in implementing the Ambassador’s proposals.
