Cooperation in history, culture and archaeology to be expanded

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Minister of Foreign Affairs B.Battsetseg yesterday received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Mongolia Borbala Obrusanszky and exchanged views on bilateral relations and cooperation.
During the meeting the Minister briefed her on the country’s vaccination process and government’s objectives and activities, as well as its measures to combat the pandemic. Moreover, she emphasized that the government of Mongolia pays special attention to the timely implementation of the project to renovate the ‘Biocombinat’.
The sides touched upon the issues of expanding cooperation in the fields of culture, specifically in the film industry, history, archaeology and cultural heritage. They also discussed issues of strengthening cooperation within the UN and other international organizations, as well as mutual support in elections at international organizations.
