Mongolia-UK relations and cooperation discussed

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On March 10, Minister of Foreign Affairs B.Battsetseg held an online meeting with Nigel Adams, Minister of State at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office at UK Government.
The sides exchanged views on further cooperation in enriching bilateral ties with economic content, increasing trade turnover and diversifying Mongolia’s export. Furthermore, they discussed on expanding cooperation in defense, culture and education sectors, and collaborating within the scope of the UN and other international organizations.
The sides also touched upon the matters of curbing the spread of the pandemic, ways to reduce its adverse impact on the society and economy as well as vaccine supply and immunization work.
