Foreign Minister meets Ambassador of India
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Minister of Foreign Affairs N.Enkhtaivan on July 21 met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Mongolia Mohinder Pratap Singh
Noting his pleasure to meet an Ambassador who is fond of Mongolia,
Minister N.Enkhtaivan expressed his gratitude for the warm letter of
congratulations from his Indian counterpart.
The sides decided to continue their close cooperation to
successfully implement the Oil Refinery Construction project being implemented
with a soft loan from the Government of India and examine the feasibility of
exports of some products to India.
They also talked about exchanging high-level visits when the
global pandemic calms down and agreed to hold some events in honor of the 65th
anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two
countries, which falls this year.
Minister N.Enkhtaivan told the Ambassador that special emphasis is placed on the protection of citizens’ rights and asked him to help with the repatriation of Mongolians stranded in India.
