Voting runs with 25.13 percent voter turnout

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The General Election Commission has reported that 507 thousand and 510 citizens out of 2 million and 624 eligible registered voters in total cast their ballots, which means 25.13 percent voter turnout at the national level as of 12 p.m.
Specifically, voter turnout is 26.46 percent in rural areas and 23.49 percent in the capital city. The next reports on the voter turnout will be presented at 18:00 and 22:00.
Incidentally, voter turnout was 23.4 percent at 12 p.m on the polling day of 2016 Parliamentary election.
