Preparations of trading ETT’s shares discussed

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ At its regular meeting on August 8, the Cabinet designated the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry and the Government Agency for Policy Coordination on State Property as authorized body for the state ownership in ‘Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi JSC’.
Currently, preparation is underway to trade up to 30 percent of total shares of the license holder of Tavantolgoi coalmine at foreign and domestic capital markets. Now it is necessary to select a contractor capable of executing the work, which requires high professional skills, experience, technique and technology. Thus, the government obliged related ministers and authority of the company to take urgent actions on this matter.
