Mongolian and French doctors meet

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The second meeting of Mongolian and French doctors was held on June 15. The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Health L.Byambasuren, Ambassador of France to Mongolia Elizabeth Barsacq, representatives of non-governmental organizations of France, running activities in health sector and authorities and delegates from their partner hospitals.
Deputy Minister L.Byambasuren emphasized that the meeting has significance to share views and experience on improving coordination and efficiency of joint projects and programs being implemented in medical sector as well as increasing contribution of these projects to sustainable development of the field and expressed thanks to the the Embassy of France in Mongolia for organizing the meeting.
The French medical institutes and NGOs run their operations actively in Mongolia in directions of improving quality and access to health services, training personnel, making joint researches and operations and introducing new methods for diagnosis and treatment and making great contribution to development of Mongolia’s health sector added the Deputy Minister while expressing gratitude to them.
