Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ During the Cabinet Meeting on May 23, the following decisions were made.
 
-  The Cabinet discussed a bill to amend 20 laws, including Corporate Income Tax, Individual Income Tax, Value Added Tax and other related laws and decided to submit to the parliament. The bill was put in public consideration nationwide. As a result, about 5000 proposals and suggestions were received. The law is planned to come into effect from January 1, 2019.
 
-  It was decided to establish ‘Khushig Valley Airport’ state-owned company. The company will own Mongolia’s share or 49 percent of the joint legal entity that will implement ‘New Ulaanbaatar International Airport Management Project’.  
 
-  The Cabinet approved the intergovernmental agreements on Air Service between Mongolia and Republic of the Union of Myanmar, and Mongolia and the Kingdom of Cambodia.
