Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On March 9 ‘Nairamdal’ and the Russian ‘Artek’ summer camps signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Sports.

The purpose of this agreement is to bring the cooperation to the next level through making mutual consultations, sharing information and experiences and implementing  teachers', leaders' and children's exchange programs and joint projects in order to make a real contribution to the development of children and adolescents.

“Nairamdal and Artek have been cooperating for many years and one important aspect of this agreement is to provide the children of two countries with the opportunity to spend their free time efficiently, to strengthen their friendship, to provide new knowledge, to open their talents and to create a healthy environment for them to rest and develop” said O.Dorjsuren, the General Director of Nairamdal, International Children's Center.

“Our center receives children from more than 150 countries. Last year we received 59 children from Mongolia and we hope to increase this number in the future. In addition, the policy to provide children with the opportunity to learn Russian language is essential. Because this knowledge is a foundation in making choice of  their profession and study in Russia. We hope that everything that children learn at the Artek camp will be useful in their future life” said the Education Deputy Director of the Artek ICC, Anton A.Denisov.
