Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The ‘Youth Employment Service Model Center’, which aims to increase employment of young people starts its operation on January 26.
The center aiming to interact with young people who have just graduated and have low work experience in the labour market has been established by the Labor and Welfare Center of Bayangol district and Youth Employment Promotion project team of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
This model center serves to develop job seekers’ employment skills through creation of personal employment plan tailored to traits of each job seeker, group training and other activities. The center is also planning to develop the ‘Youth Employment Promotion Program’ and start financial and other support for startup entrepreneurs.
