“Check my service” mobile application introduced to public

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ City Governor’s Office and Democracy Education Center have jointly introduced  “CHECK MY SERVICE” new mobile application for citizens that is intended to receive and resolve complaints and petitions addressed to Ulaanbaatar city’s  local administration organizations and officials and also to evaluate activities of the organizations by citizens.

Today, launching of the application took place in Ulaanbaatar city's service center 'Dunjingarav.' To use the application citizens should install "CHECK MY SERVICE" application to their mobile phones and register their personal information on the UB1200.mn website. This will allow citizens to quickly make their complaints and petitions addressed to Ulaanbaatar city's local administration organizations and officials. A response regarding  the complaint or petition will be given to the person, contacting through phone after relevant organization makes a decision.

Mr.Z.Enkhtur, director of 'Slide' company, developer of the application said that "Before, citizens submitted their petitions and complaints coming to the Ulaanbaatar city's service center, but now by attaching relevant documents they can do it from anywhere with their mobile phones".

O.Munkh-Orgil head of Ulaanbaatar city's service center said "The smartphone has become our daily use and it is a beggining of a work  to ease petitioning process and quick response from government  using online technology."
