Speaker M.Enkhbold talks with Vietnamese National Assembly Chairwoman

During the official visit, two parliament heads held official talks and signed a Memorandum on Cooperation between the Parliament of Mongolia and the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
M.Enkhbold said that it needs to strengthen cooperation between legislative organizations, security, defense and legal organizations of the two countries, increase a frequency of meetings and talks, mutually share experiences , improve skills of the staff, jointly conduct scientific and research works and involve Vietnamese military troops in the multinational peacekeeping operations exercise ‘Khaan Quest’.
He informed that Mongolia is currently preparing to organize a visit of Mongolia’s Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs to Vietnam and intends to sign a cooperation agreement.
Chairwoman of the National Assembly emphasized an importance of regularizing high-level visits and talks between ministries and agencies and organizing political consultative meeting between foreign affairs ministries.
Mentioning about nine-member Vietnam-Mongolia friendship group functioning at the National Assembly, Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan remarked that developing constant relation and cooperation between members, authorities, standing committees and friendship groups of two parliaments will give a significant influence on bilateral relations of legislative bodies.
