Heads of state and government call for active voting

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Heads of state and government cast their votes and called for active participation in the presidential election today, June 26.
President Ts.Elbegdorj came with the first lady at a polling place in Sukhbaatar district, and voted for his successor. He said, “Let’s hold a successful election, and have a grand Naadam celebration”.
Parliament Speaker M.Enkhbold voted at a polling place stationed at the 23rd School with his wife. He expressed hope for higher voter turnout, and wished the best of luck to over 20 thousand civil servants who are working on the election.
Prime Minister J.Erdenebat and his wife voted at a polling place in Bayanzurkh district. He said, “I am confident that the Mongolian people will make a choice that will confirm the recently observed positive indications in the economy”.
