Starting from June 22, the twice-a-week flights will be regularly conducted from Ulaanbaatar on every Thursdays and Sundays. The newly established route is important in connecting Mongolian business owners to South Korea’s second most-populous city.

Busan is a center for international conventions, hosting APEC in 2005. It is also a center for sports tournaments in South Korea, having hosted the 2002 Asian Games and FIFA World Cup. Also, the city is a home to the world’s largest department store, the Shinsegae Centum City.
