Major tourist attractions to be refined

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ During the Cabinet’s regular meeting on May 10, Wednesday, Minister of Environment and Tourism D.Oyunkhorol reported on the crucial necessity to ensure safety and hospitality for travelers in protected areas, and facilitate better emergency management in times of possible hazards.
In regard to this, the Cabinet assigned the Minister to take necessary measures to extend Bogd Khan Mountain road and build standard parking lot for vehicles and bicycles and vendors within this year.
Also, the Cabinet ordered corresponding Ministers and officials to establish tourism regions in Bogd Khan Mountain, Gorkhi-Terelj National park and Khuvsgul Lake areas.
