National Naadam Festival celebration to get MNT2.7 billion funding

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Yesterday, the Organizing Commission of the National Naadam Festival held a meeting at the State House, discussing about the budget of Mongolian traditional Naadam Festival, the state ceremonial concert and granting state titles to some national archers.
Organizing subcommittees suggested to spend MNT4 billion 376.5 million, but the commission decided the Naadam budget to be MNT 2 billion 769.9 million.
The issue to grant state titles to 39 qualified archers will be submitted to the President of Mongolia. State ceremonial concert, opening and closing ceremonies of the Naadam will be directed by Executive Director of the State Academic Theatre of Drama, State Laureate N.Naranbaatar.
