Ambassador B.Delgermaa meets with Armenian Ambassador
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Russian Federation B.Delgermaa met the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Russia O.E.Yesayan on December.
The sides discussed about bilateral relations of Mongolia and Armenia and cooperation between Mongolia and the Eurasian Economic Union. The Mongolian Ambassador underlined, although, there are geographical barriers between Mongolia and Armenia, there are ways to strengthen bilateral ties. She also stated she will be placing more effort, as a non-resident ambassador to Armenia, on deepening ties and promoting mutually beneficial cooperation.
While highlighting the Government of Mongolia has been attaching a particular importance to developing cooperation with the EEU, she asked for Armenia’s support for Mongolia’s proposal on forming a joint research team on establishing a Mongolia-EEU cooperation agreement, to be considered during the 2nd Meeting of the working group on Mongolia-EEU cooperation.
