Our “Moon dance” successfully competes in Latin Dance World Championship

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Representing Mongolia, the “Moon dance” group took part in the WDSF World Championship Latin Adult which concluded in Vienna of Austria, the "gogo.mn" website said Wednesday.

The Mongolians were selected as one of the top 12 teams in the first round. In the semi-final, the team was ranked seventh by collecting 32 points out of 40, showing the biggest achievement so far in Mongolian dance sport.

This year’s WDSF World Championship Latin Adult was attended by 20 teams from 11 countries. Asia was reprsented by the Mongolian dance group only.

At the finals, the German dance group won the world championship, followed by Russians. Our “Moon dance”  took the fourth place.
