Speaker visiting Russia
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Chairman of the State Great Khural (parliament) Z.Enkhbold has flown to the Russian Federation to pay an official visit by invitation of Ms Valentina Matviyenko, the Chair of the Federation Council.
Our Speaker will hold official talks with Ms Matviyenko, will meet with Mr Sergey Naryshkin, the Chairman of the State Duma. He will also receive Mr S.M.Mironov, a member of the State Duma and head of the Russia-Mongolia inter-parliamentary group.
After the meetings, the Mongolian Speaker will attend a ceremony of signing a cooperation contract to be established between Mongolia’s “Chingis Land Development” Group and the Russian “Dalistroimekhanizatsia” Company, and will lay wreaths to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at the Alexander Garden in Moscow.
During a tour to Sverdlovsk oblast, Mr Enkhbold will receive Ms L.V.Babushkina, the chair of the locality's legislative body; Mr Ye.V.Kuivashev, the Governor of Sverdlovsk; Mr D.V.Pasler, the oblast’s Governmental Head; and also Mr A.O.Sobolev, the Minister of Foreign Economy and Relations.
The Speaker will leg a turbine factory in Ural, the Yekaterinburg-based Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the State University of Ural named after B.N.Yeltsin.
The visit is to end on September 25.
The group, accompanying the Speaker, has N.Batbayar, S.Odontuya, G.Uyanga, B.Choijilsuren MPs; A.Gansukh, an advisor to the Speaker; Ts.Narantungalag, chair of the External Relations Section at the Parliamentary Office.
