惠誉将蒙古国信用评级上调至正面

全球三大国际评级机构之一“惠誉”将蒙古国信用评级的展望由稳定上调至正面等级。蒙古国预算前景出现乐观是对此当作主要因素。据该机构预测，2016年占到国内生产总值的15.9%的预算赤字今年有望下降至7.3%。这与增加收入并减少开支有关。
他们认为，明年预算赤字将占国内生产总值的6.5%。随着蒙古国实施国际货币基金组织金融扩展计划，伙伴国家在未来几年内向蒙古国将提供至35亿美元，是影响到恢复投资商信心以及成功交易8亿美元的债券。
