中国China 22MCC 公司日前与二连浩特行政长官在建立基础设施纲要上签字，是在联通蒙古国和中国的最大区域开辟两国经济合作关系。据该协议，China 22MCC 公司将建立地下线路、网络、办公楼、道路和工厂。该项目总投资额相当于8.24亿元即3.09亿蒙图。据悉，该项目建设工期为两年，该公司还负责工程完成后13年的修建和服务工作。
