ウランバートルで、 東アジア柔道選手権大会開催
　今月8日～10日に東アジア柔道選手権大会がウランバートルで開催された。同大会では、モンゴル、日本、中国、タイ、グアムなどの8カ国の84名の選手が出席した。

フフホト・グランプリ柔道大会で、メダル7個獲得
　中国の自治区古都フフホトで、「フフホト・グランプリ2018」柔道大会が27日、終了した。同大会では、46カ国360名の選手が競いあった。モンゴルからは、28人の選手が参加し、1個の金メダル、2個の銀メダル、4個の銅メダルを獲得した。

ビャムバスレン登山家、 エベレストとローツェ登頂に成功！
　「ハイルハン」登山クラブの創設者、モンゴルの登山家でスポーツ・マスターのJ.ビャムバスレン氏は、16日午後1時47分ごろ、エベレスト山頂に到達した。同氏はエベレストの登頂に成功した7番目のモンゴルの登山家となった。

ガンガーマー登山家、K2山頂で再挑戦
　世界7大陸最高峰を達成したモンゴルのスポーツ功労選手のB.ガンガーマーさんは、次の登山の準備を開始した。ガンガーマー登山家は2018年6月に標高は8611㍍で、エベレストに次ぐ世界第2位の高さのK2登山を計画している。

　4月29、30日の2日間、日本の武蔵野市でジャパンオープン記憶力選手権大会が行われた。この大会では、日本、モンゴル、中国、インド、タイ、フィリピン、韓国から42名の選手がアダルト10種目の総合得点で競った。

　アメリカ合衆国・ニューヨークで4月17～27日、第23回シュリ・チンモイの10日間マラソンが開催された。このレースでモンゴルのB.ボドジャルガル選手が1304㌔で2位を獲得した。

23日、「FIFAワールドカップ」 トロフィー、ウランバートル到着
　FIFAワールドカップトロフィーは4月23日にウランバートルに到着し、Kh.バトトルガ大統領がトロフィーを正式に受け取る。トロフィーを受け取るため、モンゴルのサッカー連盟は、「スーパーカップマッチ」と「スターサッカー」トーナメントを組織する。

　6日、「第2回全アジアウエイト制空手道選手権大会」がクウェート・カイフアンで行われた。この極真空手大会では、モンゴル代表団のアルタンゲレル選手が金メダル獲得。

モンゴルの平和維持部隊がマラソン大会で、上位独占
　アフガニスタンの首都カブールにある軍基地で「Dancon -2018」25㌔のマラソン大会が、平和維持部隊の間で行われた。マラソンに参加した249名の隊員の中で、モンゴルの隊員が初めて1位から19位までを独占し、外国人の選手らに印象づけた。

Eastern Cupジュニア・バスケットボール　 国際大会に、4個のメダル獲得
　国際バスケットボール連盟(FIBA) の後援により、恒例としてEastern Cup ジュニア・バスケットボール国際大会が3月29日～4月2日にかけて、ドイツ連邦共和国・ベルリンで開催された。この大会には、モンゴルから13～16歳の女子2チーム、男子5チームが参加した。その結果、U13部門の男子チームはドイツの代表チームを42対31点で下し、優勝した。

レスリング女子Ｗ杯で銅メダル獲得
　日本の高崎市の「高崎アリーナ」で3月17日、18日「2018女子レスリングワールドカップ（Ｗ杯）・高崎大会」が開催された。第17回のこの大会には、日本、ベラルーシ、米国、モンゴル、カナダ、中国、ルーマニア、スウェーデンの８カ国が出場した。

レスリング選手団が、大統領杯で8個メダル
　ブリヤート共和国大統領杯レスリング大会が10～11日、ロシアのウラン・ウデで開催された。第13回目の開催。同大会では、ロシア、モンゴル、韓国、アルメニア、ベラルーシ、ハンガリー、リトアニアなど15カ国180人の選手が出場した。その結果、モンゴル代表団は8個のメダルを獲得した。

パラ・パワーリフティング ワールドカップ、3度目の優勝
　パラ・パワーリフティング・ワールドカップは2月17～22日にかけて、アラブ首長国連邦・首都ドバイで開催。第9回目。本大会では32カ国の約200名が参加した。 　モンゴル国旗を背負って本大会出場を果たしたのは、E.ソドノムピルジェー選手（スポーツ功労選手）。計220㌔を持ち上げて、昨年3月のワールドカップに続き3度目の優勝を果たした。

モンゴル人女性ノミンさん、北極圏を犬ぞりで走破
　スウェーデンのフェー ルラーベン・ポーラー 社（ F J A L L R A V E N POLAR）は、毎年北極圏への旅に参加する旅行者を自社サイトで募集し、20 人を選出した。このうち、アメリカでデザイナーを目指して学んでいるモンゴル人女性、S.ノミンさん（19 歳）が選出された。6日間、北極圏の300キロの冬の犬ぞりの旅で、スウェー デンのフェールラーベン・ ポーラー社は、犬ぞり旅の切符、衣服、費用を提供する。犬ぞりでの北極の旅に ついて、S.ノミンさんにインタビューした。
