        12月10日是世界人权 日，欧盟向蒙古国部分为人权斗争者颁发了奖项。

蒙古国公民对腐败问题的看法改变较大
      为了更好地了解国家腐败程度以及公众对腐败问题的认知，有关机构每年都会进行相关调研。 据悉，2019年进行的此方面调研，旨在向立法者及公民社会传达民众对腐败的态度、认知和概念。 上周，亚洲基金会常驻蒙古国代表马克·可尼克介绍了蒙古国的社会调研结果。 结果显示，93%的被调研者同意“ 对于蒙古国来说，腐败已经是常态” 这一说法。但是，不能由此直接认为 国家腐败率有所增加。据悉，小规模的腐败率呈下降趋势，近三年内的行贿人数减少3.3%。

丝绸之路友好城市协作体年会在中国张家界市召开
        12月9日，以“对话绿水青山、共谋城市发展”为 主题的丝绸之路友好城市协作体2019年年会在中国张家界市召开。本次年会由中国友谊促进会、丝绸之路国际总商会、张家界市政府主办，共有来自全球53个城市的200多位嘉宾参会，相互签订了合作备忘录。

乌兰巴托直飞色楞格省航线即将开通
    据了解，蒙古国相关部门正在筹备有关乌兰巴托至色楞格省方向航线的工作。随着在色楞格省建设小型机场，除了可以提供医疗紧急服务、开展搜救行动、对抗害虫、保护自然环境、启动边境巡逻和航空客运、货运和邮运等服务外，而且对旅游业发展具有重要意义。

穆迪公布对蒙古国商业银行进行的评估报告
国际三大评级机构之一——穆迪公司（Moody’s）日前公布了对蒙古国商业银行进行的评估报告。报告显示，蒙古国国家银行、贸易开发银行、哈斯银行、郭勒穆特银行的信用评级为“B3（稳定）”，这与上一期结果相比没有任何变化。

美国公民米尔纳·安·阿金斯荣获蒙古国北极星勋章
       据总统新闻办消息，根据蒙古国总统哈·巴特图勒嘎指令，授予美国公民米尔纳·安·阿金斯蒙古国北极星勋章，以表彰她为蒙美两国友好关系与合作发展作出的贡献。11月11日，蒙古国总统办公厅主任赞·恩赫包勒德向米尔纳·安·阿金斯颁发了北极星勋章和相关证书。过去的25年中，米尔纳·安·阿金斯一直在蒙古国各大高校开展英语课程建设交流活动，为深化两国语言文化交流发挥了重要作用。此外，她通过国际“Lions”俱乐部在蒙古国实施有关改善视力的项目，大约为1000名市民提供了诊疗、配镜等服务。

2020年1月1日起，蒙古国社会保险税额将增加2%，雇佣方和被雇佣方需要分别多缴纳1%的税。

根据到2030年的乌兰巴托城市总体规划，蒙古国借助亚洲开发银行和欧洲投资银行提供的优惠贷款启动了《发展棚户区，支持投资计划》项目。

蒙古国实现用硬化公路连接乌布苏省和乌兰巴托
       据交通运输发展部新闻办消息，在用硬化公路连接蒙古国西部地区与乌兰巴托市的建设工程框架内铺设的扎布汗省松吉瑙苏木至乌布苏省赫尔吉斯湖方向135.7公里公路建设工程日前竣工。由此，蒙古国实现了用硬化公路连接乌布苏省和乌兰巴托。随着上述公路投入使用，乌布苏省19个苏木、巴彦乌列盖省东北部苏木、科布多省北部苏木、扎布汗省桑塔玛尔嘎策、车曾乌拉、松吉瑙等苏木的居民可以便捷、安全的通过该路段。

乌·呼日勒苏赫： 纳来哈公路按时投入使用
       使用中国优惠贷款修建的嘎楚尔特路口至纳来哈-乔尔路口20.9公里升级改造项目4日实现主线临时通车。蒙古国总理乌·呼日勒苏赫、交通运输发展部长巴·恩赫阿木格楞、中国驻蒙古国大使邢海明、乌兰巴托市长萨·阿玛尔赛汗等蒙中双方有关官员和承建企业代表等200多人参加了当天的通车仪式。总理乌· 呼日勒苏赫说，“这两年，贺西格盆地国际机场高速公路、雅尔玛格立交桥、交通警察局附近上跨立交桥主桥纷纷投入使用。对乌兰巴托来说，是可喜可贺的一年。”

奢侈品牌钢笔销售量增长
       商业人士提供的数据显示，虽然在蒙古国购买奢侈品牌钢笔 的消费者较少，但也有 一部分固定的顾客。据了解，享誉世界的精品钢笔品牌万宝龙（Montblanc）在蒙古国设立分店已有9年，而且近三年的钢笔销售量持续有所增长，即2016年、2017年和 2018年分别同比增长43%、20%和5%。
