德·格日勒玛：疫情对蒙古国造成的影响颇大
 蒙古国外交部日前报告了关于疫情期间从国际组织获得的贷款和援助、撤侨工作、蒙古国学生和公民在国外的流动方面以及根据“绿色通道”暂行规定开展的一些工作情况。

       据副总理办公室消息，8月12日，蒙古国副总理亚·索德巴特尔接见世界银行常驻蒙古国代表安德烈·米赫涅夫。世界银行已决定向蒙古国提供总计约5000万美元的贷款和援助，以加强新冠肺炎疫情防控和应对工作。

试图走私五年内被禁止采摘的植物被查获
      蒙古国籍公民M某于8月13日在开往嘎顺苏海图海关煤炭运输通道时被查获了在其驾驶的汽车拖车煤炭中间藏匿的43袋药用植物防风根。据海关称，查获的企图走私的植物重达680公斤。防风被列入蒙古国的珍稀植物名单，根据自然环境与旅游部长发布的2018年第A/43号令，禁止在五年内采摘该植物。

1.2万名蒙古国在华留学生提出赴华申请公民的问题未得到解决
        据外交部新闻办消息，自3月23日以来，中国为遏制疫情采取了关闭边境，暂时停止外国人持有效来华签证和居留许可入境。外交部共计收到170多个公民的赴华申请。他们当中有110人是属于蒙中联姻家庭的情形，有60余人在华经商和务工等，其中还包括在中国境内就读的小学生。据统计，大约有1.2万名蒙古国学生在中国留学。目前他们的开学时间尚不明确，而且中方也未作出有关此方面的决定。这些留学生还未提出赴华申请，正等待中方作出决定。

乃·图布辛巴亚尔当选为蒙古国国家奥委会主席
       据蒙通社报道，蒙古国国家奥林匹克委员会8月14日举行例行会议。本次会议选举了蒙古国国家奥林匹克委员会新任主席，候选人蒙古国劳动英雄、功勋运动员、“北京-2008”奥运会冠军乃·图布辛巴亚尔赢得96.4%的赞成票，成功当选了蒙古国国家奥委会新任主席。

乌兰巴托至达尔汗方向公路项目工期延误
中国的5家公司正在蒙 古国修建价值6280万美 元的达尔汗公路。记者在上个月向国家大呼 拉尔议员格·达木丁尼玛、交 通运输发展部长鲁·哈勒塔尔 咨询了几个问题。他们的回答 如下： 乌兰巴托至达尔汗方向公 路的改造过程：正在使用亚洲 开发银行（ADB）MON-3679 / 3786贷款实施“区域道路开发 与养护项目”。乌兰巴托至达 尔汗方向公路改造项目共分5 个合同段，全长204.11公里。

总统授予一位老战士蒙古国功勋牧民称号
       据总统新闻办消息，蒙古国总统哈·巴特图勒嘎8月10日到中戈壁省考察了新公路和其它建设的进度。考察期间，总统还参加了当地的荣誉称号授予仪式。今 年从该省共有161名母亲荣获“荣誉母亲”称号。总统哈·巴特图勒嘎祝贺她们获得荣誉称号并表 示，为国家养育一个健康的孩子 是一项巨大的荣誉，也是对国家发展的巨大“投资”。

据了解，莫斯科管理学院博士生乌·巴图 包勒德撰写的有关蒙古国总理乌·呼日勒苏赫 的书已经出版。这是自乌·呼日勒苏赫参政以 来关于他的一本书。据说，这本书比以往的出 版物中未曾见过的详实的依据及他的心理特征 和性格等丰富了其内容。

中国会在第一时间为蒙古国提供疫苗

普氏野马种群数量达到百匹
扎布汗省德尔沃勒金苏木最初在2004年和2005 年分别从法国引进了12匹和10匹普氏野马，后来 在2011年又从捷克引进了4匹普氏野马，并且迄今 为止成功进行了养殖和繁殖。 据“普氏野马”非政府组织介绍，该地区普氏 野马种群数量已达到百匹。今年的第一匹小马驹 在5月6日上午出生。 自1998年以来，法国普氏野马协会驻蒙古国项 目部一直在实施一项保护和引进普氏野马的综合 项目。该项目框架内，成功创造了普氏野马适应 蒙古国西部地区独特地理和气候的条件，而且相 关合作也得到了改善。

       据交通运输发展部消息，塔 旺陶拉盖至嘎顺苏海图方向240 公里铁路的工程建设今年加快进行中。目前，土方工程、排水和牲畜出口建设工程、桥梁工程完成率分别达87.15%、97.44%和 37.62%。此外 ，已组装完成42公里铁路的上部结构。

建筑与城市建设部长贝·孟赫巴特尔对中央省进行考察

阿·阿荣扎娅：联合国粮食及农业组织是蒙古国重要合作伙伴
       劳动与社会保障部长阿·阿荣扎娅日前会见了联合国粮食及农业组织驻蒙古国代表维诺德·阿胡扎。会面期间，双方讨论了联合国粮食及农业组织“扩大牧民社会保障并改善风险防范”项目，并就进一步合作交换意见。“支持蒙古国制定增加就业岗位政策”项目实施 期为四年，将在六个月后结束。维 诺德·阿胡扎在讲话开始时指出，欧盟评价蒙古国说，在制定增加就业岗位政策方面具有丰富的经验，而且劳动与社会保障部是获得大量预算支持的主要部门之一。

从8月16日起暂停公民户口迁移业务
      蒙古国地方公民代表大会选举将于2020年10月15 日举行。《省、首都、苏木和区的公民代表大会选举法》第24.1条款中规定，应在投票日的60天之前暂停任何公民的户口迁移业务，并在投票结束的次日起恢复正常。因此，从8月16日起暂停公民户口迁移业务，直到地方选举结束的次日，即从10月16日起业务恢复正常。
