Minister S.Chinzorig meets former Romanian PM

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Minister of Labor and Social Protection S.Chinzorig met with former Prime Minister of Romania, Petre Roman who arrived in Mongolia to take part in the national conference themed ‘Improvement of employment opportunities for persons with disabilities’.
Minister S.Chinzorig detailed Mr. Petre Roman on the
government’s policy and actions as well as the law for the persons with
disabilities, expressing gratitude for paying attention to the employment of
people with disabilities in Mongolia.
The Minister noted Mongolia is paying special attention to the
persons with disabilities by approving relevant laws and a national program and
establishing an agency for the development of them. He asked Mr Petre Roman's support in implementing programs and projects together with European Union to give more opportunities to disabled
people and to create disabled-friendly environment.
Mr. Petre Roman appreciated the information and expressed that he will support the Minister’s proposals in all possible ways.
