Minister S.Chinzorig meets Ambassador of China

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Minister of Labor and Social
Protection S.Chinzorig met with Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to
Mongolia Xing Haiming, exchanging views on the issues regarding the people with
disabilities.
The development center for children with disabilities, being
built with a grant from the Government of China, will be put into operation in
2019. The matter of training the center’s personnel who will provide medical
service for disabled children at national level was discussed during the visit
of State Councilor and Foreign Minister of China Wang Yi. Hence, Minister S.Chinzorig
expressed intention to primarily send 30 of the 350 people who will receive
training to China in November.
Moreover, the sides had a discussion about setting up a research
team to conduct study regarding the sports complex for disabled people, to be built with the
grant, within this year, efficiently carrying out the study in a short time and
commencing the construction work next year.
Mongolia will host the Children of Asia International Sports
Games 2020. Therefore, the Minister expressed interest to open the sports
complex prior to this event. In turn, supporting the proposals, Ambassador Xing
Haiming voiced readiness to collaborate in the matters.
