Mongolian pastry chef receives prize from Scandinavian cake show

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian pastry chef N.Munkhjargal has been selected as the winner of ‘Scandinavian cake show 2018’, which was organized in Sweden on September 28-29. She got the most vote from the audience in the category of Wedding Cakes.
Organized for the 13th year, bakers from Scandinavian countries participated in the competition such as Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden and more.
Pastry chef N.Munkhjargal has been working in the field of her major after obtaining the bachelor’s degree in baking and pastry arts in 2016.
