10:00AM: The Citizens' Representative Khural (Council) of Ulaanbaatar will convene in the Governor’s Office of Capital City.

10:30AM: Opening ceremony of new fashion center under the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association will take place at the Eermel Company.
