Governor’s Office of the Capital City of Mongolia and the University of the Potomac Sign a Cooperation Agreement

Ulaanbaatar, April 16, 2025 /MONTSAME/. On April 15, 2025, the Governor’s Office of the Capital City of Mongolia and the University of the Potomac of the United States signed a Cooperation Agreement to collaborate in education, research, capacity building, governance, and technology. 


The Cooperation Agreement was signed by Head of the Governor’s Office of the Capital City D. Amgalan and President of the University of the Potomac Andrea Kemp-Curtis. Under the Agreement, the two sides can implement cultural and academic exchange programs and conduct joint research on projects integrating smart city technologies, urban development, governance, and public administration. Furthermore, the two sides will provide distance learning opportunities for public servants in urban and rural areas, and develop e-courses and educational platforms. 


Notably, the Governor’s Office of the Capital City of Mongolia and the University of the Potomac previously signed a Memorandum of Understanding in 2023 to launch professional development programs for public servants in Ulaanbaatar City.
