Grand Master Misheel Wins in Italy

Ulaanbaatar, March 10, 2025 /MONTSAME/. The “XXVIII Cup City of Verona–Memorial Enrico Molesini”, an open tournament of international draughts took place in Verona, Italy and International Grand Master from Mongolia Misheel Bayar won in the women’s category.


Misheel made a remarkable achievement, beating world champion Viktoriya Motrichko to win. A total of 70 athletes from nine countries competed in the tournament.


Grand Master Micheel won the bronze medal in the blitz event at the 2016 World Youth Championship in Turkey and a silver medal at the 2018 World Youth Draughts Championship in Belarus.
