“Kids Eco Zone” Formed to Teach Children About Environment

Mongolian Walking Association, the
Embassy of the Czech Republic, Czech Aid, the development agency, and the Mendel
University of the Czech Republic have jointly formed the "Kids
Eco-Zone" in a forest clearing in the Bogd Khaan Mountain.
As part of the Forests for Life project, a creative
environment that fits children’s age, physical characteristics, and interests has
been created. “Kids Eco Zone” stimulates children to learn about the nature and
environment in real nature while going on an excursion in groups or families,
confirm their knowledge with interesting games, and take part in nature protection.
Information boards and games in the “Kids Eco Zone” were produced in the Czech
Republic to order.
During the opening of the “Kids Eco Zone”, the "Youth Walkers" club was officially founded, and the children, who founded the club received the club’s flag and certificate, joining the youth rangers.
