Mongolia-Japan Teaching Hospital Receives Medical Diagnostic Equipment
SocietyUlaanbaatar, September 19, 2024 /MONTSAME/. Within the framework of Japan’s grant aid, the Mongolia-Japan Teaching Hospital under the Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences (MNUMS) has received state-of-the-art medical equipment.
Specifically, under the Economic and Social Development Programme implemented by the Agreement between the Governments of Mongolia and Japan, medical devices, including an all-terrain ambulance vehicle, an MRI-compatible anesthesia machine, and 3D thoracic surgery equipment, were handed over to the Mongolia-Japan Teaching Hospital.
Thereby, the new equipment will enhance the hospital’s ability to provide advanced healthcare services to its patients and allow the MNUMS students to train with high-tech tools, improving both the learning environment and the quality of training.
The Mongolia-Japan Teaching Hospital is adopting internationally recognized new technologies and standards in Mongolia and is enabled to further develop diagnostic, treatment, and healthcare services.
