The Mongol Khan: A Graphic Novel Unveiled

Ulaanbaatar, November 10, 2023 /MONTSAME. The epic theatrical spectacle "The Mongol Khan, based on an earlier play "The Throne without the Seal" written in 1998 by renowned Mongolian writer Lkhagvasuren Bavuu,comes to London's West End on November 17, 2023.
The release of the graphic novel based on the show "The Mongol Khan", designed by Mongolian and British artists, took place on November 8 at the Coliseum Theater in London. The novel release was attended by representatives of the British Government, the private sector, arts, culture, and media organizations, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Enkhsukh Battumur delivered a congratulatory speech.
Ambassador B. Enkhsukh noted that "The Mongol Khan" will be staged in London on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. In addition, the publication of the graphic novel promotes the cultural heritage, history, and customs of Mongolia among British and international viewers and readers and helps to strengthen mutual understanding, cultural ties, and cooperation between the two countries."
The Mongolian Embassy in the United Kingdom expressed gratitude to the entire team of artists who worked on the graphic novel "The Mongol Khan."
