President of Mongolia Heads to France for a State Visit

Ulaanbaatar, October 10, 2023 /MONTSAME/. At the invitation of the President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron, the President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa is to pay a State Visit to the French Republic on October 10-14, 2023.
During the Visit, President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa and President Emmanuel Macron will hold a meeting. The President of Mongolia Khurelsukh will meet the President of the French Senate Gérard Larcher, and the Mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo.
Also, the President of Mongolia will open the traveling exhibition "Chinggis Khaan: How the Mongols Changed the World," which will be displayed for six months at the Natural History Museum of Nantes in France. President Khurelsukh will also attend a concert of the Morin Khuur Ensemble of Mongolia at the Royal Opera of Versailles and a French-Mongolian Business Forum.
It is the first visit of the Head of State of Mongolia to the French Republic.
Mongolia and France established diplomatic relations on April 27, 1965. The Embassy of Mongolia in Paris, France, opened in 1969, whereas the Embassy of the French Republic in Mongolia opened in 1966.
