Foreign Minister meets Ambassador of France

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. On December 10, Ms. Battsetseg
Batmunkh, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Mongolia received Sebastien Surun,
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to
Mongolia.
While emphasizing the French Republic as Mongolia’s third
neighbor and an important partner in Europe, Minister Battsetseg Batmunkh,
discussed current issues related to bilateral cooperation. She emphasized that
the Government of Mongolia attaches a particular importance to the full
implementation of long and mid-term national development agenda and programmes
in collaboration with partners including France, in a mutually beneficial
manner and as well as enriching the bilateral cooperation with economic
context.
Ambassador Sebastien Surun expressed his commitment to
strengthening and expanding the bilateral relations during his tenure, and
expressed his confidence in having tangible results from the projects which
have been implementing jointly.
