Odontuya held a meeting with Deputy Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian
Federation A.V. Gordeev on October 20.
Present at the meeting were Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Russian Federation D.Davaa, Chairman of the State Duma's Committee on International Affairs L.E. Slutsky and other officials.
Emphasizing that the two countries are marking the 100th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations this year, the parties noted the importance of establishing a new mechanism for bilateral inter-parliamentary cooperation and exchanged views on intensification of bilateral trade and economic cooperation and development of cooperation in the fields of education, science and humanity.
