Organization of Mongolia-Poland intergovernmental commission meeting discussed

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary
of Mongolia to the Republic of Poland B.Dorj had a virtual meeting with Undersecretary
of State of the Ministry of Economic Development, Labor and Technology of
Poland, Polish co-chair of Mongolia-Poland Intergovernmental Economic
Commission Robert Tomanek on March 10 to discuss bilateral relations and
cooperation.
Ambassador B.Dorj stressed that there are opportunities to
expand trade and economic cooperation between the two countries and made
proposals regarding matters under discussion such as organizing visits and
events and establishing agreements.
After expressing willingness to deepen trade and economic cooperation with Mongolia, Mr. Robert Tomanek informed the Ambassador of the plans to organize in mid-2021 a meeting of the Intergovernmental Economic Commission that has not convened since 2014.
