Mongolian Citizens in South Korea Access 451 Public Services through ‘KHURDAN’ Centers

Ulaanbaatar, November 5, 2025 /MONTSAME/. The Regulatory Agency of Government Digital Services is expanding access to digital public services and ensuring faster delivery to citizens abroad by operating the “KHURDAN” service centers at three locations in the Republic of Korea.


Through these centers, Mongolian citizens can access 451 types of services provided by 43 government agencies. Over the past three years, more than 3,000 services have been delivered through the system. Currently, “KHURDAN” centers are located at the Embassy of Mongolia in Seoul, the Labor and Social Protection Service Center in Seoul, and the Consulate of Mongolia in Busan.


According to the Labor and Social Protection Service Center in the Republic of Korea, as of April 30, 2025, a total of 56,403 Mongolian nationals were studying, working, and residing in the country, including 25,753 men and 30,650 women.
