Mongolian Ambassador meets Polish Minister of Infrastructure
PoliticsUlaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. The Minister of Infrastructure of the
Republic of Poland A.Adamczyk received the Ambassador Extraordinary and
Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Republic of Poland B.Dorj on March 3.
At the meeting, the two sides concurred with the
important role of cooperation in the transport and infrastructure sectors to
expand bilateral relations and cooperation.
Mr. Adamczyk said that the Polish side would pay
attention to the issue of the ‘Intergovernmental agreement between Mongolia and
the Republic of Poland on international road transport relations’ and make
efforts to conclude it as soon as possible.
The two sides exchanged views on the possibilities of Poland’s
participation in the expansion of relations between the two countries, which
have important geographical location as they are situated on the shortest route
to link Asia and Europe, and construction
works of roads and railways and their infrastructure in Mongolia.
Moreover, they discussed issues such as giving support on
the access and
transit of Mongolian goods to Europe, studying the experience of transport and
inland customs control systems, training transport personnel, and other specific
issues.
