Honorary Consul to St. Petersburg assumes office

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On November 25, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Russian Federation D.Davaa presented an exequatur from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia to Mongolian Honorary Consul in Saint Petersburg V.B.Shestakov. Present at the ceremony were Member of State Duma of Russia V.N.Blotsky, official of Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry A.V.Sokolov, and diplomatic workers of the Mongolian Embassy in Russia.
Ambassador D.Davaa underlined the importance of the Honorary Consul’s role in celebrating the 100thanniversary of Mongolia-Russia diplomatic relations in 2021 as well as further strengthening the good neighborly relations and cooperation between the two countries and wished success in his future endeavors.
