New Country Director at World Vision International Organization in Mongolia appointed

/MONTSAME/ The World Vision Mongolia has announced that Bolortsetseg Bold was appointed as the
National Director of World Vision Mongolia effective from August 3, 2020.
Bolortsetseg is the first Mongolian and first woman to hold this executive
leadership position.
"Bolortsetseg brings with her 16 years of World Vision experience and has held
various leadership positions in HEA (Humanitarian Emergency Affairs), Field Programming,
DME (Design, Monitoring and Evaluation) and Grants Acquisition. Most recently,
as Director for Strategy & Evidence, Bolortsetseg has been instrumental in
developing the field office strategy in alignment with World Vision Global
Strategy. Before serving at World Vision, she was a researcher at the Institute
of Meteorology and Hydrology, in the areas of environment, climate change and
agriculture study."
"As National Director, Bolortsetseg will provide strategic leadership to World
Vision Mongolia, ensuring the field office's operating model maintains the
organization’s focus on Child Well-Being. She will also be focusing on funding
diversification, including grants and resource development, to serve the most
vulnerable children across Mongolia.
Bolortsetseg graduated with a Masters in Applied Meteorology from Mongolian
National University. She also completed a Masters in Leadership and Organizational
Development for NGOs from Eastern University, Pennsylvania, USA. Aside from her
native Mongolian language, she speaks fluent English and converses in Russian."
